    On this course you will learn two meditation techniques. Find a posture thats right for you. Overcome common obstacles to meditation. Learn in a friendly and supportive space.

    This course will help you to safely start a meditation practice.

     


    (Suitable for complete beginners to meditation.)

    Meditation for the Heart.meditation weekend retreat for men in Manchester and London

    Learn how to literally build positive emotion into your life and transform negative emotion.  As a result you will be better equipped to build and strengthen relationships at work, at play and with yourself. 

    This course will help you to deepen your meditation practice by teaching two new meditation practices that promise insight and greater compassion for yourself and others. You will learn in a friendly and supportive space and have a chance to explore your experiences of meditation with others.


    (You need to have attended Meditation for the Mind, and have practiced the techniques for 3 months, before attending the Meditation for the Heart course.)

     

    Why a men only group?  Well I am a men’s psychotherapist, and the truth is that men learn best without the distraction and competition women introduce into a group.  Many men also feel safer talking to other men.

     

    I currently run groups in Manchester at the 4 Star McDonald Hotel and Spa, and in London at the 5 Star Royal Garden Hotel.  I run courses on an ‘on demand’ basis.  The cost is only £695, a wise investment in techniques that can literally change your life.  Courses run over a weekend from 6pm on the Friday to 3pm on the Sunday.
